Asper, the leader of USG.12, whose full name is Asper Baines, was born to Peck and Alice in 2090.

After his parents divorced, Asper was raised by his father, Peck, from a young age, but he rarely felt his father's love.

This was because his father was extremely promiscuous, and over the years, he had countless stepmothers—which is why Asper felt no sadness upon learning of his father's death.

As an adult, Asper entered government service at a young age due to his father's status and held a position within the SGO.

It wasn't until early 2120 that his father, Peck, was suddenly assassinated shortly after the UNG officially approved the Elimination Program.

The reason was that Peck, eager to prove his worth, attempted to vie with Fabian for leadership of the Elimination Program but was instead shot dead in his car by Fabian.

However, the higher-ups at the time chose not to reveal the truth to Asper.

Instead, in recognition of Peck's years of service to the government, they decided to assign him to lead a mysterious organization that was about to be established.

That mysterious organization was none other than the future USG.12, and Asper consequently became the most enigmatic figure within USG.12.

To ensure his identity remained undisclosed, Asper was required to wear a custom-made, multifunctional helmet provided by the government at all times.

The front featured a display screen that obscured his face, and while on duty, he was identified only by his title, not his name; even the audio of his speech was processed, making him sound remarkably like a robot.

On the evening of January 4, 2120, Asper made his first public appearance to preside over the Founding Night of USG.12, marking the beginning of his four-year leadership.

Throughout this period, he remained in the public eye as a mysterious leader.

He always wore a dark blue suit with the USG.12 insignia pinned to his lapel, carrying himself with elegance and poise.

It wasn't until early 2124, when USG.12 was forced to disband, that Asper left the government and set out to wander alone in the post-apocalyptic world.

But his story begins on the very night that mysterious organization was founded.
